A cruise is meant to be relaxing — and that starts with getting there. Anyone changing trains to the port with heavy luggage and the whole family starts off stressed. Instead we pick you up at home and take you directly to the cruise terminal.
Especially for groups, families and clubs this is the convenient and often cheaper solution: one vehicle for everyone, a fixed price, room for every case — and a driver who plans the lead time so you are at check-in on time. After the trip we wait at the terminal and take you home again.
Depending on the size of the group we drive the Mercedes V-Class for up to seven or the coach for up to 29 — everyone stays together, nobody changes vehicle or buys a connecting ticket. Dispatch keeps an eye on the approach: on a long run to Hamburg, Kiel or Bremerhaven we build in breaks and enough buffer so that no traffic jam or roadworks threaten your boarding window. Which cruise ports do you serve?
All major ports for North and Baltic Sea cruises — Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Kiel, Warnemünde — as well as the Dutch terminals in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Other ports on request.
Is the transfer worth it compared with the train or your own car?
For groups almost always: a fixed price for the whole vehicle is often cheaper than several train tickets with luggage — and you save the expensive port parking fee over the entire trip.
Do you pick us up again after the cruise?
Yes. We plan the outward and return trips together; for disembarkation we are ready at the terminal on time.
How early should we be at the port?
That depends on the cruise line and the check-in window. We plan the departure so you arrive with a buffer — especially for the longer drive to Hamburg or Kiel.
Do you also serve ferry terminals?
Yes. Besides the cruise ports we also take you to ferry terminals — such as Hoek van Holland or IJmuiden for ferries to Great Britain, or Travemünde and Puttgarden towards Scandinavia and Denmark.
