Standard freight: general cargo and part loads with firm route discipline

Anyone who ships regularly needs no surprises, just reliability. For general cargo and part loads we set up fixed routes: the same routes, the same drivers, a dedicated dispatcher who knows your recipients and their delivery times. From a single carton to half a trailer load, your goods travel with a predictable lead time.

We deliver palletised goods without a ramp where needed: our 3.5-tonne and 16-tonne trucks carry a tail lift. Every load is secured to VDI 2700 and signed off with a digital or printed receipt. For recurring volume we agree framework terms in the Ruhr region, in NRW and nationwide.

On fixed tours the same routes, the same drivers and one dedicated dispatcher who knows your recipients and their delivery windows. That makes transit times plannable and complaints rare. Palletised goods we deliver without a ramp via a tail lift if needed; up to the 16-tonner the right vehicle is ready. For recurring volume we calculate framework conditions you can budget with, instead of negotiating every load separately.

FAQ

Standard freight — in brief

What is the difference between general cargo and a part load?

General cargo is individual packages or pallets combined with other shipments on one route. A part load takes up a larger but not the entire load space of a vehicle. We handle both on fixed routes.

Is a fixed route worthwhile for my company?

As soon as you ship regularly to similar areas, yes: you get predictable lead times, a dedicated contact and, on request, framework terms for recurring volume.

Can you deliver palletised goods without a ramp at the recipient?

Yes. Our 3.5-tonne and 16-tonne trucks carry a tail lift, and the 16-tonne truck also has a sliding roof for crane loading from above. Delivery without a ramp is therefore no problem.

Do I get a dedicated contact?

Yes, in dispatch a dedicated person looks after you, not a rotating call center. They know your routes, recipients and special requirements.

How is the load secured?

To VDI 2700, with anti-slip mats, lashing straps and clamping and tensioning bars that are present in every vehicle and regularly checked.
