What does a courier service in and around Dortmund cost?
The price depends on distance, weight and vehicle class. Instead of a flat rate you receive a binding quote within 60 minutes at most, calculated exactly for your shipment. For recurring runs we agree framework terms.
What is the difference between courier and express delivery?
With a courier, one shipment travels directly from sender to recipient, without transhipment. "Express" describes the speed and fixed delivery windows. The two can be combined.
How fast is same-day delivery possible?
We accept same-day orders until 4:00 pm; with free capacity the driver starts immediately. For same-day direct runs: the earlier the request, the more certain your preferred time window.
What insurance applies to my shipment?
Every trip is covered by KRAVAG transport insurance; liability follows ADSp 2017. For higher-value goods we arrange extended cover or a declared value on request.
What is a POD and how do I get it?
The POD (proof of delivery) documents delivery with a time stamp and signature. You receive it digitally right after handover, with a photo on request.
