How we build punctuality
Flight-number tracking
When you book, you give us your flight number. Our system automatically tracks the departure time. Delayed by 40 minutes? We know 12 hours in advance and adjust the pick-up time — you sleep longer.
Real-time traffic data
The NRW traffic picture at 7:00 in the morning is different from 2:00 in the afternoon. We use live traffic data from DUS to Holzwickede — if the A2 is jammed, we route via the A1.
Buffers to suit the situation
Business travellers: compact, 30 min buffer at the terminal. Families with children: 60 min buffer. Seniors with mobility aids: 90 min. We ask when you book.
What else belongs to punctuality
- Vehicle condition: a well-kept saloon car or van, working air conditioning, water on board.
- A familiar driver: wherever possible the same driver takes you on the second booking — you know each other.
