"It has to be fast" — we hear that on almost every enquiry. But fast does not mean the same for every shipment. A direct drive from Holzwickede to Cologne is something other than an overnight delivery of pallets, and both differ from standard freight on a scheduled tour. Direct drive: one vehicle, one shipment, no detours
On a direct drive your shipment travels alone. No transshipment, no sorting hub, no groupage — the vehicle drives from pick-up to destination without a stop. That makes the direct drive the fastest and safest option for time-critical, sensitive or high-value goods.
Typical occasions: a stopped production line waiting for a spare part. A machine that has to reach the customer by the agreed time. Documents or samples that should arrive today. Depending on weight we use the right vehicle from car to van to 16-tonner — what matters is that nothing and no one gets in the way.
Express delivery: fast, but within the daily flow
Not every urgent shipment needs its own vehicle. With express delivery we bundle several orders on one route and still deliver same-day — within a tight time window, with advance notice and live tracking. That is noticeably cheaper than a pure direct drive and, for most regional urgent jobs, the more economical choice.
We accept same-day orders until 4:00 p.m. Whatever is scheduled by then still moves the same day.
Overnight / night express: there by the morning
Some shipments do not have to arrive now, but tomorrow morning — before the workshop opens or the branch unlocks. With night express we collect in the evening and deliver in the standard window between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. You lose no working day, and your recipient starts with the goods already on site.
Standard freight: plannable and economical
Recurring volume, pallet goods, fixed recipients: that is what standard freight is made for. On our regional tours we move general cargo and pallets at predictable rates — with a tail lift even where there is no ramp. Anyone delivering regularly into the Ruhr region, the Sauerland or across Germany travels most cheaply on scheduled tours.
